OK first, let me get this clear!

Yes, I’m here probably will promote yoga, but also I appreciate those who has their own favorite type of exercises. Don’t get me wrong I still go to the gym, and mix my exercise.

The reason I write this article is coming from my own experience. As much I love routine, I found yoga really help me to build strong healthy routine. It’s not a day kinda thing, but years healthy habits that I always proud of to continue for lifetime.

I start to design my morning routine after I practiced yoga for a year. Start from wakeup early around 6 or 7 AM. Change my pajamas to yoga outfit, watering my baby plants, clean the house and 45–90 minutes yoga. Take a shower, get some morning skin care and put my office outfit on.

This sounds “to good to be true” but yes, I did it mom…

But wait, why yoga? Consider some aspects, I will say, it’s not really killing my body (like when I went to the gym) but I feel energize and ready to continue the day…

Research found that yoga can be a great way to improve your overall health and wellbeing. It can help reduce stress, improve flexibility and range of motion, strengthen your core, and increase muscle tone and strength. Yoga can be a great form of relaxation, helping to reduce anxiety and improve your overall mental health. It can also be a great way to improve your balance and coordination, and can help you stay motivated and focused.

If you like me, who “for some reason” bump into anxiety when start the day in front of your laptop. you probably can relate, why feel motivated and focus is the major things to get from your morning.

We all need smooth morning! can I get an amen here…

Joining a yoga class or doing yoga with friends or family can be a great way to connect with others and have fun. If you’re a social butterfly its a great way to get active and socialize as the yoga community is strong enough. Plus, with so many different styles and levels of classes, you can find something that works for you and your skill level. So why not give it a try and see what you’re missing out on?!

Some of my friends and families often consider themselves as “not flexible” thats mostly the main reason that hold them to start yoga.

It’s understandable, but things to remember is yoga is not a gymnastic. Yoga is a great form of exercise for all ages and levels! and is best enjoyed at a pace that is comfortable for your body. It’s a practice of honoring your body, and respecting your limits.

Instead of giving up, try focusing on small, achievable goals that can help you improve. Start by stretching each day for a few minutes, and gradually increase the time and intensity as you become more comfortable. Try to keep your breathing steady, and focus on the present moment.

I hope this article give you enough reasons to start your yoga practice.

Whenever you ready to start…

Enjoy your practice!
